Description: Master Plan. In collaboration with Dakota Land Surveying and Engineering and Midwest Design Group, a Schematic Master Plan was developed and presented to the Client. The plan was to accentuate the valuable assets and location of the site to potential investors in the region.

Design elements included a 50,000 SF office building with plaza and water feature; adequate parking; monument signs; pond; retaining walls and a sustainable drainage system through the use of prairie buffers, a detention pond, and wetlands.
